Tour Guide Service

All our guides are officially licensed by Italian authorities to perform a private guiding service in their respective area.



Transportation is provided by licensed insured professional drivers, who are qualified to perform public transportation services all over Europe.



Leisure Italy S.a.S. does not accept responsibility for any accident regarding theft or damages during the course of our tours. We recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control.


Cancellation policy

Due to the Covid-19 Virus Alert any booking until June 30th, 2021  will be subjected to the following cancellation policy:

  • No Penalty at all for any cancellation within 24 hrs from the beginning of the Tour

Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 15 days before date of requested service. If it is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on your credit card which is:

  • More than 15 days before date of requested service: No Penalty
  • From 4 to 14 days before date and time of requested service: 20% Penalty
  • Less than 72 hours and no show: 100 % Penalty

Please also note that for all tours including a Museum/ Art gallery / Church ticket, in case of cancellation of the tour, the reservation fee is not refundable. Refunds will only be granted in the event that, for unexpected reasons, the museum will happen to be on strike or closed. A € 6 fee per person will also be applied in case of change of date on a confirmed reservation.

There will be No Penalty in case of “Force Majeure” or “Unforeseeable Event”. The determination of what constitutes Unforeseeable Events is at the discretion of Leisure Italy. The following is a list of examples of Unforeseeable Events:
1 – impersonal events that make it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake a tour, such as: travel restrictions imposed by governments, epidemic disease unusual to an area, war, civil insurrection, strike, extreme weather, earthquake and natural disaster;
2 – a ship that is unable to dock for whatever reasons


Billing information

Rates do NOT include: client’s meals – food and beverages – gratuities – entrance fees to museums and monuments – anything not expressly mentioned as included, unless differently specified on the programs.


Terms of payment

We accept pre-payment by:

1. PAYPAL SECURE SYSTEM (web link on each page of our internet site);
2. MONEY TRANSFER on our company bank account.


The pre-payment consists of a deposit on the total price to book for the tour. Final balance will be paid in cash during the tour.

Once we receive the payment we will e-mail you the excursion voucher valid as final confirmation with all details about pick-up and timings.



Our tours are sold in Euro currency and your credit card will be charged in Euro currency.
